Phil Bender is a long time meditator and Willow Street yoga teacher and offers a donation based meditation – daily at 630am by zoom. Anyone can drop in any time, and he has a four week cycle that builds from very simple awareness practices to more advanced ones. firstname.lastname@example.org
Kids and Family Activities
The Movement Clinic is offering Weekly Virtual Feldenkries classes on Tuesday evenings, as well as private sessions (inquire here). Suggested drop-in rate for the class is $15 (or $100 for 10 classes), if you have the means to pay. Resister here.
Jennifer Brennan, MS, LMT, RYT-200, is offering Virtual Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga classes throughout the week, as well as private sessions (inquire for pricing). Suggested class fee is $10 ($20 max per household), if you are able to pay. See schedule and register here.
